🍚 VEGAN TOFU BOWLS 🍚 Ever since I got my air fryer, all I’ve been craving is crispy tofu 🤩 Today I made a fun spread for everyone in my family to build their own bowls – this is such a convenient way to set up meals since it provides lots of opportunity for customization 🤗 Here’s how you can recreate this at home!
AIR FRIED TOFU:
Drain a block of tofu for 10-15 mins and cut it up into medium sized squares. Toss tofu in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame oil, some ginger powder, salt, and red chili flakes. Mix carefully until all tofu squares are coated evenly, and then place them in the air fryer at 375F for 15-20 mins, tossing halfway.
