This crispy tofu bowl is the perfect meal for anyone who is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, you name it! 😁
air fried tofu on top of massaged kale and rice topped with fresh mango, cherry tomatoes, chopped onions and dill, and a cabbage salad 🤩
AIR FRIED TOFU:
Drain tofu block with paper towels for 10-15 mins.
Cut the block into medium sized squares.
Gently toss tofu in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame oil, some ginger powder, salt, and red chili flakes until all tofu squares are evenly coated.
Place them in the air fryer at 375F for 15-20 mins, tossing halfway.
Enjoy in a rice bowl, salad, or on its own! 🥳
