Salmon bowl for lunch today! 😍 Massaged kale topped with bell peppers, onions, walnuts, dried cranberries, goat cheese, fresh dill, and (the star of the show) pan fried salmon!
What I love about salmon is that it requires very little effort. All I did was place it on a non-stick pan (no oil needed since it’s already so fatty), seasoned with mccormickspice Montreal Steak Seasoning, and cooked on medium for about 5 mins each side 🤩 It may take less/more time to cook depending on how thicc the salmon is 🌀🌀🌀
