WHAT YOU NEED:
– 2 cups cooked quinoa
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
– 1/3 cup dried cranberries
– 1 chopped Granny Smith apple
– 2/3 cup – 1 cup chopped celery
– lots of fresh dill and green onion
– juice from 1 lime
– drizzle of olive oil
– salt and pepper

WHAT TO DO:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Eat right away, or refrigerate for a few hours before eating for optimal results 🤩
