One of the foods I always have in my fridge is cherry tomatoes 🍅 I put them in basically everything, it’s a problem 😅 Here’s one of my favorite salads to make using cherry tomatoes and only 3 more ingredients!
CHERRY TOMATO SALAD:
Combine 2-3 cups chopped cherry tomatoes, 1/2 finely chopped small onion, and a generous amount of chopped mint and dill in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and cracked black pepper. Serve on top of kale, avocado, and chicken salad, or eat by itself! 😌
