My favorite kale side salad 😌 A sweet, crunchy, acidic, and healthy add-on to basically any meal…here’s how you make it:
Salad Ingredients – chopped kale, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, thinly sliced onion
Dressing Ingredients – olive oil, drizzle of balsamic or apple cider vinegar, salt + pepper
Recipe – Massage chopped kale in olive oil and vinegar for 2-4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and some more olive oil. Enjoy!
