🥗 GROUND TURKEY SALAD BOWLS 🥗 Ground turkey is my go-to meal prep protein because it’s so easy to make and requires little to no prep work! If you have a pack of ground turkey, a busy week ahead, and 20 mins to spare, this recipe is for you 🤩

INGREDIENTS:
– olive oil
– 1 bell pepper
– 1/2 onion
– pack of ground turkey
– coconut aminos or soy sauce
– fresh cilantro
– fresh mint

SPICES:
– ginger powder
– garlic powder
– dried basil
– salt and pepper
– red chili flakes (optional)

RECIPE:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil up in a pan on medium heat & add chopped onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
2️⃣ Add chopped bell peppers to the pan and cook for another 1-2 mins.
3️⃣ Move the onion and bell pepper mixture to one half of the pan and add ground turkey to the other.
4️⃣ Add in all of the spices to the meat and mix well. Cover pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until ground turkey is cooked. (Make sure to break the turkey up while you’re cooking it.)
5️⃣ Add a few splashes of coconut aminos or soy sauce and mix ground turkey with bell pepper + onion mixture. Cook for 3-4 more minutes.
6️⃣ Mix in chopped mint and cilantro.
7️⃣ Serve on top of massaged kale, rice, or in lettuce cups!
